Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will still be chargeable at the full rate.
The full appointment cost will be charged for missed appointments.
Appointment length includes time for history taking, assessment, treatment and for dressing.
If you have purchased a course of treatments by paying in advance, then you must still give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment and I reserve the right to deduct a treatment from the pre paid package that you purchased if you do not give at least 24 hours notice to cancel the individual appointment.
